Our Services
‘Everyday business’, service providing Client with written and oral consultations and professional services in all topical matters arising daily while carrying on current business activity, including questions on analysis and optimization of organizational structure of enterprise management, the administration of the labor relations in the enterprise (legal aspects of HR-audit), an examination of the conformity of the wide-ranging activities of the client requirements of legislation of the Republic of Moldova and develop effective recommendations and decisions to remove current bugs and shortcomings of legal support of activity of the client by payment additional fee.
Monitoring of modifications in current legislation of the Republic of Moldova and notification of Client by e-mail on modifications in legislation related to Client’s current business activity. Ensuring the Client with the current information, disseminated by the media and the provision of relevant comments to her in respect of matters relating to the activities of the Client’s profiling sector of the economy of the Republic of Moldova. Information provided by the Consultant is not limited to matters related to the business sector and profiling can be extended and specified by the Parties.
  • formation of accounting policy;

  • maintaining accounting records with the preparation of all primary documentation;
  • preparation and submission of financial statements, income declarations to tax authorities, statistics bodies and extra-budgetary funds;
  • management of the current account;
  • internal financial control;
  • analysis and optimization of the structure of placement and use of financial assets;
  • preparation of reports in accordance with international standards;
  • ax planning, analysis of the taxable base;
  • optimization of tax payments (income tax, VAT, income tax, local taxes);
  • tax services on reimbursement, refund of overpayment of taxes;
  • examination of acts of inspections and decisions of tax authorities on the imposition of penalties, preparation of relevant opinions and representation of interests in tax authorities;
  • services on the application of taxes and fees, budget payments;
  • developing tax reports and submitting it to government agencies;
Development and analysis of projects and documents on HR-audit of workforce, diagnosis and construction of the organizational management structure:
  • Drawing up staffing schedules;
  • Development of the rules labor regulations;
  • Development orders;
  • Development of job descriptions;
  • Drawing up contracts of liability;
  • Development Of regulations on labor protection;
  • Drawing up profiles for each employee;
  • Drawing up monthly timesheets;
  • Check-in staff in social and health fund;
  • Services on HR issues.
As for the calculation and accounting of Payroll, the services include the following actions:
  • Calculation of salaries and related taxes;
  • Calculation of leave and sickness payments based on the data provided by employees;
  • Calculation of bonuses and deductions on the basis of the data provided by the customer with the appropriate documentation (orders, etc.), as well as tax deductions;
  • Preparation of certificates of salaries upon request for various authorities, as well as the annual provision of information on the accrued salary and taxes withheld for employees;
  • Monthly preparation and submission of reports to the Social Fund and the Tax Inspectorate;
  • Quarterly/annual submission of reports to the Tax Inspectorate and the Department of Statistics.

Information support
